Return Policy – We have a 99% satisfaction rate, but for some reason if you do need to return a product please first use on “contact form” and we will supply you with return authorization number. If you try and return a product without this authorization number it will not be excepted. All return packages must have the return authorization number below our return address. The returned products must be in new and unused condition. You are responsible for all shipping charges on returned orders.
Guarantee – Unsatisfied customers may should use our “contact form” to get in touch with our customer representative department. The customer service representative will issue a credit refund or a replacement product. Shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds. Any protection products that have been stuck to your vehicle using adhesive tape from the product are not accepted for return. Every returned product will be inspected and must meet condition guidelines. Products that damaged because of use will not be excepted for return or refund.
SALES TAX – All products that are delivered in New York will have applicable sale tax added.
If you need to return a product you must first “contact us” for an authorization number. Following your contact with us, we will send you instructions on how to return the product to us properly. It is important that you do not ship items back to us without prior authorization. The packages will not be excepted and will be returned to sender. Returned items must be in like new condition and in proper packaging in order to receive full credit. Shipping charges from all products sold on Bumper Armor will not be refunded. * Returns after 30 days will not be accepted *
